AmenitiesMeeting & Collaboration Spaces
Kyoyu Conference Room provides private meeting space for up to 15. Equipped with a 55" HD projection system and teleconferencing options that works directly with your cell phone. Fulltime Members have priorities for reservations. The Kyoyu Conference Room is reservable by non-members as well. Rates are $50/hr during business hours and $75/hr after business hours. Call for long-hour rates. Collaboration Spaces provide team workspaces for charrettes, group brainstorming and pin-ups. Lounge Spaces are scattered within the Studio Crossings to change the pace or meet with visitors. Mailbox - $20/mos Locking Storage - $10/mos Parking - Limited number of reserved parking spaces are available daily for free on a first come-first served basis. Public parking - long and short-term is all around with covered parking less than 2 blocks away. 2 hour metered parking is available on Spring and Main Streets. Mass Transit Commuter Rail - take the Fitchburg line and get off at Waltham Commons, we are only 3 blocks away. Bus - route #70 travels along US Route 20 Local Restaurants For those days when you need to keep on working, we have a refrigerator, microwave and utensils. And for those days when you don't, we are in a prime location to treat your taste buds to mexican, thai, japanese, chinese, indian, subs, bbq, burgers, you name it. It's in downtown Waltham or up along Main St. and Moody St. |
